If you receive incorrect, missing, or damaged items, please notify us immediately. Take photos of the shipping label and any damages. We will either replace the items or send the missing ones.
For any quality issues, we offer hassle-free refunds (for bedding) or exchanges (for sleepwear). Please note that silk underwear cannot be returned due to its nature.

- We sent the wrong products.
- Products were damaged during shipping.
- Items are missing. (Sometimes shipments are split, so please check your emails.)
- Products do not match the website picture. (Please note: Colors may vary slightly due to screen resolution.)
Please be aware:
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Refunds will be processed within 2 business days after we receive the returned items.
- You are responsible for shipping back the product unless it was damaged in transit.
About Shipping Cost
- We will cover the return shipping to Zhejiang, CN (our location) if the return is due to our mistake or damaged items.
- If you wish to exchange items due to personal preference (no quality issues), you will need to cover the return shipping costs.
